Will joined The Incognitos in May of 2005 and is a graduate of NIU with 2 degrees in music. Willtone signed on upon returning from Europe and a four-month stint aboard the Holland America cruise line where he toured over 40 countries on 5 continents. He currently calls Bucktown home and spends time backing several regional acts, teaching, and performing with The Incognitos and The Ragtops
